Hotel Manager (m/f/d)

Description As a hotel manager (m/w/d) you are a host of passion and show your enthusiasm for the hotel industry. Your mission: You create an inspiring working atmosphere, develop talents and guide your team with clarity and empathy. You will always have a look at the customer satisfaction, quality and economic success – and bring the hotel to the next level. Your duties include: Self-employed organisation, coordination and control of all operational and administrative departments, as well as ensuring and implementing the defined Motel One standards Self-responsible recruitment of new employees as well as leadership, motivation and training of the teams Achievement of revenue targets and compliance with the cost budget Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with Head Office departments and regular reporting to regional management Ensuring and increasing customer and guest satisfaction and participation in customer and guest acquisitions Active strengthening and further development of the site in cooperation with the regional team and the Head Office departments The transition phase offers the special opportunity to experience and actively shape the change from the start – from building new structures to working together in the team. Qualifications Also bring: Training or study in the hotel or the tourism industry as well as several years of experience as a hotel manager required leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate and develop your team Pre-experience in the Rooms Division area Chain hotels would be desirable Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational skills and decision-making strength Host qualities and a pronounced service orientation to create unforgettable experiences for our guests High social competence, an open and communicative way and a positive basic attitude Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as sound knowledge in Microsoft 365 Hands-on mentality and team spirit - we achieve our success together! !
