CFO / Commercial Director Technology SME (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally active technology company. The medium-sized SMEs (approximately 50 employees) are established on the market for many years, innovative and have strategic partnerships. At the next possible time, we are looking for a succession for the company's long-term CFO. We address experienced Chief Financial Officer, as well as business leaders and Head of Finance and Administration (m/w/d), who work in international companies/groups but are responsible for manageable units.

General responsibility for finance & controlling, HR, IT, purchasing and logistics Creation and control of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS Budgeting, liquidity, cost and investment planning Forecasting and reporting to the parent company Further development of the commercial organization, consistent digitization and automation of commercial processes Close cooperation with the CEO and advice on business issues Contact person for banks, tax advisors, auditors

Successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a leading financial position, e.g. as a commercial manager or head of finance or Head of Finance and Administration (m/w/d) Focus on financial and accounting, auditable according to IFRS Experience in smaller, technology-driven companies with international orientation / structure Active, present, empathic leadership with clear communication A sense of responsibility and an attractive, result-oriented approach IT-Affinity, safe handling of ERP/BI solutions and experiences in the optimization of processes Very good English skills
