Senior Security Solution Manager (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Projektmanager (m/w/d) from now on and in full time in Bonn or Meckenheim. The Competence Center IT-Security (CCITS) bundles the operational IT information and cyber security competencies with the task of embracing these security services and services cross-sectionally. The CCITS acts as an internal contractor for the development and implementation of security solutions across the entire core value chain and is an operator for the associated security services. The “Security Program Management & Cross Functions” (SPMCF) department focuses on the provision of all company-wide security projects, the management of technical security solutions and the provision of cross-sectional functions for the CCITS. The support and coordination of the security services, their activities and topics in the field of operational information security management form a central component. In addition, this includes responsibility for the development of security-relevant and project-specific software solutions and their integration into the existing security operations processes between the relevant services.

Management of technical solutions according to BWI Delivery Model Operational control and monitoring of the performance of technical solutions for CCITS: SLA reporting, capacity management, consolidation of the services involved, security requirements, professional. Support ext. UAN, Incident and Problem Management Implementation of measures to ensure performance Production of cost transparency and monitoring of the cost of performance components Release and Roadmap Planning CSI Consolidation and control for company-wide planning (UPL, MJP, Forecast) at order and deposit level If necessary, take over further control functions, e.g. in the role of internal contractors*in for projects with solution reference

Successfully completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, orientation IT security of advantage or comparable qualification with high professional experience Ideally 10 years of experience in IT security, including Identity & Access Management, PKI and project management Deep knowledge in the area of privileged access management Kentnisse in the area of Zero Trust Architectures Deep knowledge of the Bundeswehr, including procurement and tender process Very good knowledge of Enterprise Portfolio Development Frameworks (EPDF) and BWI Service Management ownership of relevant security and product certificates Knowledge of resource management and experience in the professional management of employees Strong analytical and communicative skills as well as ability to change and decide German and English knowledge (C1/C2) readiness for national and international missions
