Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team in the field of facility management Organisation and control of maintenance, maintenance and testing of buildings and technical installations Ensuring a smooth, efficient and economical building operation Active care and advice of our local customers in all matters relating to facility management Close cooperation with internal departments, supervisors and external service providers Check compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and legal requirements Cooperation in the further development of processes and structures in facility management Support in budget planning and cost control

Complete technical training, ideally with additional qualification in facility management (e.g. technician, master, FM specialist) Multiannual professional experience in technical or infrastructural facility management First leadership experience and joy in motivating and developing a team Embossed communication and organizational capability Customer-oriented thinking and safe occurrence Good computer skills (MS Office, CAFM systems of advantage) driving licence class B
