Close cooperation with a strong and motivated team of technical and legal experts Contact person and Sparring partner for construction managers and superstructure managers in ongoing project business Consulting and support in project and follow-up management in the field of civil engineering and infrastructure projects Creation and testing of contract-relevant documentation, e.g. building day reports, construction time schedules as well as claim-performing correspondence Identification, assessment and notification of supplementary claims, additional costs, disabilities and concerns Support in auditing, contract management and communication with clients, entrepreneurs and project participants Participation in construction meetings and project-related support directly on the construction sites

Senior Consultant (m/w/d), first legal state exam or comparable qualification Ideally, first or multi-year professional experience in contract and claim management, follow-up management or project support – preferably in civil engineering or construction Knowledge in building contract law, especially VOB/B, as well as experience in dealing with contract-relevant correspondence Safe occurrence and enjoyment of negotiations with clients and entrepreneurs Structured, solution-oriented and independent mode of operation Communication strength, team capacity and interest in technical project processes Willingness to visit and participate in project meetings
