Your role – today Project management, tomorrow You actively shape the future of our HR system landscape: At the beginning, you take over the project management for the migration of our SAP HCM into the cloud and accompany the current property management as a follow-up. The HR department works for the companies VBK, AVG and the KVV and creates monthly approx. 3,000 bills. Head of the migration project from SAP HCM to the cloud (SAP-SF EC with PY/PT) Optimization and standardization of payroll processes Leadership and development of the eleven employees in payroll accounting / personnel administration of all companies Monitoring of external audits (residential tax / social security) Confidential cooperation with the works councils of the VBK and the AVG as well as internal and external stakeholders Ensuring timely and correct payroll Competent consultation on all issues relating to wage tax, social security and collective agreements Monitoring and quality assurance in the operational payroll environment

Completed commercial or IT studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in larger complex organizations Excellent SAP Payroll expertise (SAP HCM mandatory); Cloud experience of advantage) Experience in change and transformation projects, ideally in the HR IT environment Multiannual leadership experience with understanding and attitude that executives understand themselves as coach for their employees Knowledge in pay tax and social security law Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Joy in taking responsibility and developing processes
