You independently process insurance applications, in particular in the field of occupational disability insurance, and accompany the entire process from examination to conclusion of the contract. As a central contact person for our customers:inside you will be able to answer all questions about application and contract processing by phone and in writing. You will check and process complex cases of clarification, research the necessary information and find solutions that suit your own responsibility. The careful maintenance and updating of contract and customer data in our systems is part of your daily business to ensure high data quality. Together with your team, you work on optimizing the processing processes and contribute directly to the satisfaction of our customers.

You have a successfully completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Alternatively, you bring a commercial training with first professional experience in the insurance services, in the placement or in banks with You have ideally experience with the product professional inability You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing You are sure to revise with MS Office and work structured, carefully and independently You bring team skills, reliability and high commitment

Attractive salary: Depending on the experience, your entry fee is between 45,000 and 51,000 euros per year.
