The other central pillars of Heritage GmbH include the Classic Center for Vehicle Trade and Service as well as the Mercedes-Benz Classic original parts division, which ensures the readiness of the classics for the future with an extensive and steadily growing supply of spare parts. Based on its unique knowledge base in the archives and an extensive vehicle collection, Mercedes-Benz Heritage GmbH also presents the brand history at international events and maintains the exchange with the recognized Mercedes-Benz brand clubs and the Classic community. Become part of Mercedes-Benz Heritage GmbH as a customer consultant workshop (w/m/d) This is expected • You advise and serve our customers in terms of service and repair of the workshop at the Classic Center. • You create cost suggestions for service and repair work and agree with the customers. • You accept the service orders and coordinate them with the workshop. • You monitor the repair and maintenance work in terms of time coordination and communicate the progress of the work and any additional measures to the customer. • Full responsibility of the order processing process from vehicle acceptance, costing to billing of repair and maintenance work but also complex repairs including documentation • Defining and controlling service providers from the supplier network

We expect • Complete training for the automotive businessman, motor vehicle technicians or masters or a comparable qualification • Including several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of classic cars • A further training to the certified customer and service consultant is advantageous • High self-motivability and durability • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action • You have fun standing in customer contact and are used to communicating in English. • Self-employed work with high quality results • High communicative, analytical and conceptual skills and distinct structured working methods • Ideally, you have knowledge of the IT systems Autoline and Xentry. • High social and intercultural competence and knowledge of English (further languages are beneficial) we require • Class B driving licence Values and conditions Start: by agreement/we are looking forward to you as soon as possible Duration: unlimited Working time: full time (40 h/week) Place of work: Fellbach Working area: Classic Center Workshop Convinced?
