• Planning, coordination, control and independent implementation of maintenance and repair work on heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Installation and commissioning of building equipment (small plant construction)
• Monitoring of technical processes and, where appropriate, control of subcontractors, incl. Quality assurance
• First contact for our customers on site for the operating daily business
• Optimization of existing plant technology and operating processes

Your profile - you should bring:

• Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation manufacturer, gas-water installer or comparable
• Professional experience in the technical building equipment as service technician SHK / customer service technician HKLS / object technician Heating / air conditioning / ventilation / sanitation
• Representative customer and service orientation as well as responsible and independent working
• Valid driving class B and readiness to travel in the Bremen region
