Design the future of medicine with us! We are looking for a Senior Physician (m/w/d) Geriatrie Department: Dr.med. Katarzyna Grune In the Department of Geriatrie with currently 36 stationary and 15 semi-stationary beds, approx. 1000 multimorbid patients treated according to the latest scientific criteria of aging medicine. The extension of the Geriatrie by another 20 beds is currently in the implementation phase. The work is carried out in an interdisciplinary manner in a professional treatment team consisting of specialist doctors, physiotherapists, ergotherapists, logo practitioners, social workers, psychologists and nurses. Your area of responsibility for acute medicine: treatment and control of the early rehabilitation process of geriatric patients with complex internalist, neurological and surgical illnesses. Supply Quality: Ensuring patient safety and the structure, process and result quality of medical care. Education: Care and guidance of assistant physicians and teaching of medical students. Cooperation: Enge interdisciplinary cooperation with the other clinics of the house. Participation: Participation in the readiness and consil service to ensure continuous patient care. Your profile Specialist Recognition: Completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) for internal medicine and Geriatrie or specialist (m/w/d) for internal medicine with a focus on Geriatrie. Qualification: German approval as well as very good German knowledge on C1 level (medicine). Teamwork: Joy in collegial cooperation in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional treatment team. Social competency: Representative communicative skills and empathic appearance in dealing with patients and colleagues.
