IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Taking into account the project portfolio and the IT strategy, the inclusion of requirements and targeted consulting of specialist departments. Conception, appointment and resource planning for IT infrastructure technical projects. Creation of status reports, milestone tracking, decision templates and risk management plans. Selection and control of external service providers. Interface between specialist departments, suppliers and external service providers. Regular coordination with internal clients to clarify requirements and communicate project progress. Preparation, implementation and follow-up of steering circuits and project status meetings with clients and internal IT stakeholders Ensuring compliance with quality standards, project dates and budget specifications.

Successfully completed studies (e.g. computer science, business informatics, economics) or a comparable qualification. At least 5 years of experience in project management of complex IT projects (ideally in a large company/concert or in an IT consulting company). Extensive professional experience in more than one IT discipline. Good and broad understanding in the disciplines of IT infrastructure (including network, data center, cloud technologies, client) and IT security architectures. Deals with project and portfolio management tools (e.g. JIRA, MS Project). Project management certifications (e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master) are advantageous. Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
