In a 3-layer system, you will be working in different tasks where precision, teamwork and commitment are required. Your work directly contributes to achieving high-quality results – no day will be like the other!

• Acquisition of supporting activities in the production process
• Operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment
• Ensuring quality standards and accurate control of products
• Support for maintenance and cleaning
• Close cooperation with the team to ensure smooth processes

We are looking for

To be successful in this position, you do not need years of experience, but a willingness to learn, motivation and team spirit are crucial. You should bring the following conditions:

• First experience in production or in craftsmanship of advantage, but no need
• Ready to work in a 3-layer model
• High reliability and a conscientious procedure
• Good knowledge of German in the team
• Physical resilience as some tasks can be physically demanding
