You accept the creation and evaluation of alerts; but also participate in construction meetings and visits. Share knowledge: They have technical know-how and are familiar with structural physics. You can also share your knowledge with our tenants by consulting them on topics such as mold, heating or energy efficiency. Completed training in the field of crafts, real estate technicians, property technicians, construction technicians or real estate businessman with technical training (m/w/d). First professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry. Your strengths include customer friendliness, safe occurrence as well as a team-oriented operation combined with a pronounced enforcement capability and negotiation skill. Own-responsible work – your professional attitude is characterized by a high level of commitment and your willingness to further develop accordingly. Good MS Office knowledge – Knowledge of the software “Immotion” is a plus.
