You are the central contact person for quality management and care documentation in the institution, practical, present in the residential areas and closely linked to the care service management. Your workplace is permanently in the residential areas.

Quality management & care Ensuring and further developing the quality of care according to legal requirements (SGB XI, expert standards, MD requirements) Accompanying internal quality audits and preparation and support of external audits (MD, WPA) Analysis of care processes, detection of weaknesses and derivation of practical improvement measures Participation in the implementation and evaluation of care and quality concepts

Care documentation Ensuring professionally correct, complete and reliable care documentation Support, advice and training of employees in the field of documentation Regular documentation checks on residential areas Participation in the further development of digital documentation standards

Cooperation & Organization Close cooperation with the nursing service (direct support) Interface between care practice, management and, if necessary, regional quality management Participation in meetings, working groups and quality circles

Must-have: Completed training as a examinated nursing specialist (age care / nursing / nursing staff) Funded knowledge in the care documentation and care process Experience or strong interest in quality management Safe handling of digital care documentation, ideally with Myneva Heimbas Good knowledge of relevant legal bases (SGB XI, expert standards, MD test guidelines)
