You will acquire your Bachelor of Science in the Applied AI degree course in Informatics and experience an optimal combination of university theory and operational practice. From the outset, you take on self-responsive tasks at AOK and learn to work strategically, analytically and conceptually. You work with programming, algorithms, data processing and machine learning. Your gained theoretical knowledge will be used directly with us and develop professional enterprise applications in the field of artificial intelligence. You will complete your study phases with our cooperation partner – the renowned Leibniz University of Applied Sciences in Hannover.

At the start of your studies, you bring your (special) degree and prove good analytical and conclusive thinking in our online assessment. In addition, you have good knowledge of German at level C1, so that you can communicate safely in your studies and working day. You are interested in computer science and artificial intelligence and want to actively shape innovative technologies and intelligent healthcare systems. Learning is not a foreign word for you – with new tasks you will show commitment and take responsibility.

With your studies you start your professional life in the future health sector with a safe career perspective at AOK Lower Saxony. For this, you will be accompanied and intensively supported by a personal student supervisor during your study period. Before starting your studies, you can get to know other AOK students through a sponsorship program, giving you first professional insights and often also private contacts and networks. Through flexible working hours and 30 days holiday (plus free days on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve) you have good opportunities to combine your private life with your studies. In addition to all tuition fees, you will receive an above-average student remuneration of up to EUR 1,662,- per month, a service notebook and an additional student budget of EUR 500,- for training at the Leibniz University of Applied Sciences.
