Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Order Management & Contract Management Control of the entire order cycle (Order-to-Cash) from order acceptance to processing Coordination between procurement, production and customer service Management and monitoring of customer contracts (equalities, obligations, extensions) Optimizing business processes with focus on efficiency, transparency and customer satisfaction IT Security & Compliance Central contact person for IT security, data protection and compliance (internal & external) Coordination and monitoring of audits, protection measures and certifications (e.g. ISO 27001) Structured documentation of relevant corporate and IT processes Ensuring compliance in customer projects and internal processes Business Operations & Chief-of-Staff perspective Management and further development of Business Operations (70 % operational / 30 % strategic) Strategic Sparring Partner of Management Preparation and support of strategic meetings, pitches and workshops Representation of the company to the outside in selected contexts Responsibility for the pre-sales process including measurable further development (AI-based) Perspective for further development in a Chief-of-Staff role

Your profile Solid, broad economic understanding Experience with ERP systems and operational business processes High IT Affinity and Understanding IT Security & Compliance Structured, solution-oriented operation Entrepreneurial thinking and hand-on mentality Experience in Business Operations / Program or Operations Management

This position offers you the opportunity to actively shape the company and work closely with the management on strategic and operational topics.
