Production and processing of components made of glass and carbon fiber in the hand laminate and vacuum injection process according to the drawing and construction specification

Development of repair procedures in cooperation with the development and execution of repairs to GFK/CFK components

Documentation of production processes

Support for development in the introduction of new technologies

Coordination between work preparation and engineering in terms of manufacturing methods

Formation of the Process Mechanic Plastic and Rubber with the focus on fiber composites or a comparable design with relevant experience in the field of fiber composites

Safe control of typical processing methods in the field of fiber composite technology (hand laminate and vacuum injection) and the usual repair methods

knowledge in the field of adhesive technology as well as relevant knowledge of the properties of the epoxides and fibers as well as of the usual materials and auxiliary materials

High level of craftsmanship and ideally experience in modelling

Good knowledge of safety-related aspects related to the processing and processing of epoxides and other hazardous substances and the processing of components

Good visibility, team capacity, trustworthiness, integrity and reliability

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
