Project and customer support at our construction sites in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation Leadership of your assembly and subcontracting team to implement our projects in the areas of sanitary / heating / ventilation Creation of contractual accounting bases in the form of allowances Disposition of material and personnel Direct coordination with planners, architects and foreign trades

A completed vocational training for the service technician / plant mechanic for sanitary / heating technology / air conditioning / ventilation technology or a comparable qualification (e.g. gas installer / water installer / heating builder / ventilation builder) Experience with projects in the field of technical building equipment / industrial pipeline construction or plant construction Ideal are at least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager / Obermonteur or in a comparable position Advantages: Further qualifications (e.g. welding courses, upper-measuring or building ladder training) as well as computer skills German knowledge (at least level B2
