Team Lead Financial Controlling (m/f/d)

As a team leader financial controlling, you play a central role in the financial management of the ALD LF/BDK group. With your team, you will ensure a transparent, precise and forward-looking analysis of financial key figures and create sound basis for management. At the same time, you continuously develop processes, systems and your team and position financial controlling as a strong business partner in the company. Guide and control tasks: Result-oriented and professional leadership of the financial controlling team Planning and organisation of workflows, optimization and further development of processes and structures in terms of quality and efficiency in the team Control and monitoring of plan and target deviations of relevant KPIs to ensure target achievement and derivation of appropriate measures Acting as an impulse generator and conveyor to ensure employee satisfaction & motivation Main tasks: Implementation of the ALD LF / BDK group's financial control (result representation / analysis) Conception and implementation of cost-calculatory envelopes and distributions Implementation of the financial controlling share of the forecasting and annual budget process up to reporting to the holding company Implementation of internal reporting (e.g. management reporting / cost reports), group reporting and external reports – optimally using new BI tools Continuous optimization and further development of automation solutions taking into account new technologies Cross-disciplinary consulting of all areas including Management and creation of decision templates and analyses Internal interface to all departments of the ALD LF / BDK Group within the framework of the budget and forecasting process Management of all external interfaces to holding and consulting companies related to financial controlling issues Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary projects and working groups including resource management and stakeholder management

You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Comparative Qualification with a focus on controlling/finance In addition to your comprehensive expertise in financial controlling, ideally in the corporate environment, you will bring sound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting and reporting You have experience in the professional and disciplinary team leadership and develop your employees in a targeted manner, control them clearly and motivate them sustainably You have experience in building profit and cost center structures (including SAP) as well as in implementing controlling decisions and the integration of specialist areas You have experience with BI tools and high affinity for data analysis and automation You have the ability to make operational and professional decisions and take responsibility for (partial) processes You communicate complex facts clearly and convincingly and bring a high social competence with Very good knowledge of German and negotiated English complete your profile
