For our team at the Tempelhof-Schöneberg site we are now looking for active support through a*n social education; or a specialist with a comparable qualification (m/w/d) In this area, ten colleagues work at three different locations. Our care offers are as diverse as our 35 beneficiaries – from individual weekly contacts in the occupants (EEA) to daily offers in some housing communities everything is there. Its main focus is on the residential community of Friedenfelser Straße in Marienfelde. There are nine persons entitled to benefit on two connected floors with two large living rooms, kitchens and a terrace. Three skilled workers provide assistance for people with learning difficulties/cognitive impairment on five days a week in a core period between 12 and 6:00 p.m. Our team works very independently and, together with the staff, creates a place where you can feel at home. With your commitment, you support adult people with the need for support in developing an individual perspective, clarifying the need for participation and formulating objectives. In crisis and conflict situations, too, you are a reliable companion for our beneficiaries. You are responsible for the timely preparation and examination of individual participation planning and development reports in cooperation with other professional groups. In addition to the documentation of all relevant data, you work with members, with legal support and other interfaces. You participate in helper conferences and assessments and are responsible for the questions of social law.

You are experienced in work with the above mentioned group of persons and bring together commitment and deed. As a reflected person, you question your professional action and can also deal with crisis situations in everyday care. You are flexible and provide the willingness to respond to the needs and wishes of the beneficiaries. You are also ready to work on the weekend. With an indefinite working relationship of 31.2 hours, you will be looking forward to a varied activity. Your service planning – based on the participation requirements of the beneficiaries – is in your hands. You will receive a payment according to an operating agreement with dynamic adjustment, binding annual special payment and child allowance – so that the salary is also true. In order to be able to recover properly, we have 30 days of annual holiday and holiday money. In addition, you will receive an occupational pension scheme and we offer occupational health management.
