Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)

Manufacturing and assembly processes for electromechanical assemblies and systems are analyzed, optimized and continuously developed. You take responsibility for work preparation in the field of radar, including the creation and optimization of work plans, production piece lists, work instructions and manufacturing aids. You conduct process analyses, conduct measurable improvement measures and implement them successfully. In close coordination with the areas of manufacturing, purchasing and development, you actively shape production planning and control. You take on the introduction and further development of lean management methods in the production environment as well as training of knowledge transfer to employees as part of lean and optimization initiatives. PP/MM and master data quality are supervised and developed by you. You accompany the industrialization of new products including the transfer of development projects into stable series production and take over the definition, monitoring and reporting of relevant production characteristics.

You have a degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in the electromechanical environment. You will bring experience in work preparation, production planning and process optimization. You are safe in handling SAP/ERP systems as well as relevant production indicators. You have practical knowledge in lean management and continuous improvement as well as knowledge of methods in REFA, time management or value flow analysis. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented, and you actively drive changes. In both German and English, you communicate with different contacts.
