For our team in Dortmund we are looking for reliable production helpers (m/w/d) who want to work in a challenging and varied working environment. Your main task is to fill machines with material, remove finished products and monitor production processes. Your work contributes significantly to the smooth running of production. The application is carried out in a 3-layer system (break, late and night layer).

• Fill machines with material and prepare for the production process.
• Monitoring and ensuring a trouble-free production process.
• Removal and handling of the finished product.
• Active introduction of suggestions for improvement to optimize production.
• compliance with safety and quality standards.

We are looking for

If you already have experience in production and want to prove yourself in a dedicated team, you will already bring many of the necessary qualifications. Further requirements are:

• completed professional experience or first practical knowledge in the field of production.
• willingness to work in the 3-shift system (break, late, and night shift).
• Physical durability and stamina.
• Reliability and careful operation.
• Teamability and ability to stay focused even under pressure.
