Monitoring, operation, function control, and destruction of building technology and industrial installations to ensure ongoing operation Self-organization and coordination of the use of foreign companies in coordination with the supervisor Self-employed execution or supervision of repairs and small mountings. Technical support or independent implementation of (conversion) construction measures and small projects Supporting support of the closing system management Support in the operation and maintenance of technical equipment Participation in the implementation of green and grey area care in the outdoor area Control and documentation of operating conditions, energy consumption and interference messages Participation in the standby service for troubleshooting outside the regular working hours

Complete training in electrical engineering, sanitary, heating or air conditioning, building automation or a comparable technical qualification Knowledge of the operation, maintenance and maintenance of building equipment Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation High sense of responsibility as well as pronounced service and customer orientation Experience in dealing with foreign companies and in coordinating maintenance and repair work Willingness to participate in the standby service outside the regular working hours Good organizational skills and safe handling of common IT systems (e.g. fault detection systems, maintenance software)
