You are responsible for the administration and further development of the HarNES and iConnect applications as well as the associated network connection processes in the field of feed-in and as a central contact:in our users:in the optimal use of HarNES and iConnect in the feed-in process. You design system-based processes and work closely with process managers, product owners and other application managers:inside the relevant network connection systems, you are constantly documenting and optimierst team-internal processes. You take the requirement and change management around data, interfaces and functions and implement necessary adjustments directly in the applications. You design and carry out training for employees and installers - in presence, webinar or e-learning formats. You identify operating, process and system errors and fix them independently or together in the team. You support the testing and the introduction of new functionalities and thus contribute to the high availability and stability of the applications.
