You represent the company with our customers, are their first contacts and coordinate customer-related quality issues You take over the technical management of our regional office managers and bear the responsibility for customer satisfaction You always have a look at customer needs and are in continuous exchange with our customers You also have a look at the needs of the company and the employees You are responsible for operational planning and ensure that quality objectives are achieved Together with the regional management, you will develop goals for your area and will be responsible for the operational implementation together with the business center managers.

You bring a completed training to the merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or an alternative commercial training and already have several years of practical experience in food distribution As a main contact partner for customers and employees, you are team-ready and value-adding in your communication You bring a high level of commitment, commitment and enforcement The current MS Office applications will surely control you You are characterised by a structured and independent way of working and by very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
