As a trainer in civil engineering, you develop modern, practical learning formats that inspire low-skilled workers, planners, construction companies, customers and partners for sustainable solutions from REHAU. You translate complex systems, products and applications in civil engineering into understandable and directly applicable knowledge – live, digital and close to construction site practice. You network people, meet new market and industry requirements and continuously develop our Academy as a future-oriented platform for knowledge transfer, exchange and innovation. This not only strengthens the professional competence of our target groups, but makes REHAU the first address when it comes to groundbreaking and sustainable solutions. Your tasks Conception, construction and further development of our Academy and training formats Planning and implementation of training, training and events in the field of civil engineering Development of target group-specific training documents and practical content Presentation and management of events – both national and international Technical advice and support of customers in the context of training and events Active exchange with internal and external partners (e.g. academies, speakers, sales) Identification of market trends and further development of modern training formats

Technical background in the field of civil engineering – acquired by education, training or studies Practical experience in civil engineering (e.g. development, application technology or sales) Joy to communicate knowledge and to present groups Embossed communication strength and safe, inspiring appearance Ability to explain complex technical content in a comprehensible and practical way Experience in customer contact and a good sense for audiences Structured, independent working and hand-on mentality Very good German and good English skills

You work with us 38.6 hours/week in full time, have flexible working hours incl. Time recording and sliding time system and can use your Mobile Office for 2 days a week.
