Your tasks:

• Maintenance of a fixed real estate stock (WEG and lease management)
• Implementation of owner meetings and protocol management
• correspondence with owners, tenants, craftsmen and service providers
• Creation of operating costs with the Powerhaus program
• Maintenance measures
• Transfer and acceptance of apartments and rental contract management
