What you do • You organize and plan your day-to-day care. • You participate in the recruitment of staff and lead your employees to good performance. • In addition, you will assist in the planning and implementation of the care services.

What we imagine • Completed 3-year vocational training or study in the field of domestic affairs, social work, therapy or care with the training to the master/manager (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification • willingness to work on the topics relevant to the household and care in the context of the concept of the living group of the Evangelical Heimstiftung • Management and leadership experience • Responsibility, professionalism and solution-oriented action • Communication skills, team spirit and empathy
