We are looking for a coordinator (m/w/d) for operational logistics processes, internal Operations Specialist (m/w/d) at our Depot Freiburg in Teningen. The job is limited to two years. In the role of Operations Specialist (m/w/d), you contribute to efficiently support the operational performance at the site while maintaining high quality, cost and safety standards. The focus is on the processes in the hall during the processing, with you acting as a central contact person and contributing to the optimization of the processes. In addition, you function as a contact person for transport management.

The function helps to efficiently support the operational performance at the site while maintaining high quality, cost and safety standards. Tour planning and coordination: participation in the planning and coordination of tours with relevant interfaces, including the independent implementation of specific tasks to ensure efficient and timely implementation of transports. Contact person for clients: Responsible for all operational concerns to ensure smooth exchange and high customer satisfaction. Reporting and KPI monitoring: Creating regular reports and continuous monitoring of the relevant KPIs to create transparency and continuously optimize processes. Operational process control: Ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of operational processes while complying with all relevant legal requirements at the site, in particular with regard to transport planning. Standardization and control of requirements: Consistent implementation and compliance with key requirements and standards, in particular in the areas of compliance, security, quality, costs and processes in the operational field at the site. Work and operational safety: support in the implementation and continuous review of working and operational safety standards to ensure the safety of all technical facilities.
