Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the smooth running of the layer
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
• Coordination of staff and holiday planning
• Documentation of production data, disturbances and measures

They bring with them:

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) or comparable professional training
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a shift manager (m/w/d)
• Organisational skills and enforcement
• Team-oriented and responsible operation
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• General shift readiness
