As a team management mechanism, make sure our production facilities run reliably and efficiently. You are responsible for the technical availability, safety and efficiency of the plants and combine operational proximity with a view to sustainable solutions. In your role, you conduct your maintenance team professionally and disciplinaryly, develop employees in a targeted manner, conduct employee and feedback talks and create an environment characterised by responsibility and cooperation. Plan, control and monitor all maintenance, maintenance and repair measures, analyze machine malfunctions and manage sustainable preventive and storage measures. You drive forward a modern, digitally supported maintenance, work confidently with the CMMS, use key figures for continuous improvement and ensure complete documentation and transparent reporting. As an active part of the Shopfloor Management, you work closely with the production, accompany renovations, technical adjustments and investment measures and bring your expertise into development and improvement projects. Clearly, you will design the maintenance in a future-oriented manner: you will build digital structures such as CAD-based format and spare parts libraries and enable fast technical solutions through internal rapid prototyping.

Complete technician training, e.g. for mechatronics, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, machine and plant leader, or a comparable qualification Multiannual practice in the maintenance of production machines The willingness to work in the layer system Experience in image processing, robotics and COBOT systems and in dealing with CMMS or MES, combined with a strong interest in modern automation is welcome, but no requirement Good German and at best knowledge of IFS standards With your reliable functioning and high quality awareness, you will be working independently and bring your ideas to the team.
