Support our modern, high-performance public cloud and support our customers and users in questions about usage. With communication strength, know-how and patience, you help our customers to set up and operate the respective virtual infrastructure. You manage incidents and service requests to provide our customers with the fastest and best possible solution. You are an active part of the continuous improvement of our services and service management processes. Qualifications Flowing German and good English skills. Very good experience with Linux and Microsoft operating systems (both client and server) as well as safe working on the command line (e.g. Bash or PowerShell). You have a strong sense of service management and understand yourself as a service provider for the customers. Very good knowledge of the administration of e.g. Apache, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewalling, FTP, SSH and VPN. Very good knowledge of general IT infrastructures and networking and virtualization. The use of standard tools facilitates your working day as well as your skills in configuring different server services. You can also keep an overview of complex requirements. You like to work in the team and are process-oriented. Openness to shift operation and standby service. Bonus: ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
