This is expected Planning and coordination of new construction projects, maintenance and maintenance measures as well as ensuring the functionality of our building and operationally relevant systems Digital documentation and management of technical equipment Operation planning, coordination and performance control of internal and external service providers incl. Reporting Pre-selection of external service providers within the framework of maintenance and framework contracts Individually responsible implementation of projects (e.g. refurbishments, reconstructions) and coordination of relocations
