IT Expert Reporting & Governance (m/w/d)

The Business Management department is responsible for the standardized delivery, development and improvement of the reporting portfolio. This includes communication with adjacent departments with regard to the determination of suitable key figures for the measurement of quality and stability of the operational IT units.

Consumption of orders from different areas of the company

Provide dashboards and control reports (MicroStrategy) Continuous pursuit of the performance by means of suitable reports

Identification of optimization measures within the processes

Creation of training documents and implementation of user training

Regular controlling of orders with regard to quality and time provided; re-adjusting of orders as required

Communication with adjacent departments regarding the amount, content, time and quality of the services to be provided

Completed subject-related studies with at least two or a comparable training with at least five years of relevant professional experience

Professional experience in project management or order management in an ITK company Professional knowledge in the field of control, reporting and process processes of ITK companies Good knowledge of the Office product family Ideally knowledge in MS Dynamics or comparable tools

Communication skills and coordination strength as well as joy in dealing with people
