Organisation of professional planning, implementation and evaluation of care processes Ensuring professional guidance of care documentation Verification of regulations and other performance decisions on accuracy and proper execution Responsibility of medical and nursing care, and arrangements of the doctor Responsibility for implementing legal requirements (SGB V, SGB IX, SGB XI, SGB XII) Instruction and incorporation of employees Implementation of initial visits and preparation of nurses Care, for combining services, for performance accounting Organisation of services from care and care, together with colleagues* within integration assistance in integrated assistance and in close cooperation with the management of the institution Service and deployment planning Advice to clients, relatives and employees Ensuring quality, managing budgets and managing activities
