In the Karlsruhe region, we are now looking for a:n Property Visitor:in the field service in a temporary employment.

You will visit objects of residential, commercial and special properties from the inside and outside. Our service team coordinates and schedules your route planning so you can focus on your core tasks In our nationwide service network you take 5 scheduled day tours with up to 30 dates per week. In your region, you are responsible for the assessment and documentation of the construction state of real estate. You take measurements, calculations of living space and document the current structure and any maintenance measures In a regular digital exchange, you will inform your colleagues about current topics of your team

You have real estate affinity and already brings first experiences in the real estate sector or have a strong interest in this exciting field of work Ideally you bring experience in the area of living space and dimensions You are communicative, reliable and work independently Your strengths are accuracy, conscience and responsible action A well-kept, service-oriented and friendly appearance is not a tired flea for you – even if it becomes stressful once Operation of Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook is not a problem for you For your car we are happy to have a class B driving licence and a certain driving experience
