Service Transition Manager (m/f/d)

As a Service Translation Manager, you are responsible for the smooth implementation of changes in clinical IT. This includes: Planning and coordination of service transitions: You develop detailed transition plans for the introduction of new IT services in the clinical environment and ensure efficient implementation Change Management: You play an active role in change creation, evaluation, test planning, test cases and change coordination Risk management: Identify and evaluate potential risks Communication and Training: Ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders, including training for employees to ensure a smooth transition Quality control: Service quality monitoring after implementation to ensure that expected standards are met Documentation: Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all service transfer activities Service provider control: Control of service providers in the project and day business Procurement procedures: You assume the technical responsibility for the design of awards

Complete study of computer science or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT service management, ideally in the hospital environment Understanding clinical IT systems and their integration into hospital everyday life Project management competencies: detectable experience in managing projects, including time and resource management Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the different stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical skills for identifying problems and developing own solutions Ability to work together in interdisciplinary teams and manage project teams Very good knowledge of German (at least C1 level) we require

The willingness to participate in a willingness to call is assumed. A passenger car licence is required. Remuneration takes place according to TVöD/VKA with all other services of the public service. Highly disabled applicants are preferably taken into account with the same suitability and competence. There is basically the possibility of parttime employment. .
