ISS Manager Program (m/f/d)

Management of highly complex projects as well as overarching ISS programs, professional leadership of the Product Support team in Germany in in-service support and responsibility for in-service support projects internally and externally as well as across departments and departments Analysis of customer needs, development and design of customer-specific service and business models for complex systems and systems Independent acquisition of services (e.g. service packages, spare parts, maintenance, training, documentation, technical support) including contract negotiations with customers:inside Planning and moderation of offer reviews, complex Bid/No-Bid decisions and independent implementation of project and management reviews Conception of strategic developments and product maintenance of in-service support and associated company products, representation inward and outward, preparation of economic indicators, derivation of team objectives and introduction of risk prevention and reduction measures

Higher education or similar qualification as well as corresponding training (e.g. recognized project managers:internal certification) and long-term relevant professional experience, ideally with experience in dealing with the German Marine expressed technical understanding, analytical thinking, self-initiative and the ability to take responsibility; at the same time technical and disciplinary skills High team capacity, enforcement capacity, very good communication skills as well as strong customer-oriented thinking and acting, including high willingness to resolve conflict German and English knowledge in word and writing Ready for regular national missions
