General Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Recruiting & Leadership: You are responsible for recruiting new talents, guiding and motivating your entire team and promoting the development of your employees – always with the aim of being an inspiring model. Responsibility for sales: You continuously analyze the sales figures and identify opportunities for optimising sales – always with a view to the big whole. Internal coordination: You coordinate cash management, internal logistics, decoration and change studio to ensure a smooth process. Business standards in mind: You ensure compliance with corporate standards in terms of sales and customer service. Assortments & Trade: You keep an overview of our assortments, analyze them specifically and control the merchandise industry using modern tools – in close coordination with the central purchase. Visual Merchandising: You are responsible for the creative implementation of our visual merchandising concepts throughout the store, designing sales-promoting areas and ensuring that our goods are presented optimally and responsively. Regular exchange: you are in continuous exchange with various departments of the central office to achieve the best results together.

Education: You have a completed study or a completed training that has prepared you well for this role. Leadership experience: You bring multi-year experience in a leadership position, ideally in Fashion Retail or a similar service industry. Personality: You are strong, think entrepreneurial and have strong analytical skills. Customer orientation: You are service-oriented and attach great importance to our customers always being satisfied. Own initiative: You will be happy to join and introduce your ideas to be successful together. Mode enthusiasm: Your passion for fashion and lifestyle is contagious and motivates you and your team.
