To build our operational service provider control, we are looking for an experienced and motivated personality (in full time) that will help shape and develop the control and control capability from the outset. The operating service provider control (ODS) is the central control unit of the bank operation for external service providers of the bank (especially in the banking IT and securities/payment transactions environment).

Operational control of external service providers in the daily business (e.g. service provider/outsourcing partners) Monitoring and maintenance of KPIs/SLAs incl. reporting, trend analysis and derivation of measures Interface management between internal departments, IT, compliance/risk functions and the service provider Coordination of Incidents, Escalations and Problem Management incl. Action tracking and documentation Quality and performance reviews (regular service reviews, monthly / quarterly discussions, action plans) Continuous improvement of processes, controls and operations (e.g. runbooks, handovers, governance) Risk-oriented management of outsourcing/ICT services (including support for control actions, audits, audit findings and measures) Operational contract and performance management in close coordination with purchasing, law, information security

Qualification: Completed studies (economics, business informatics, economic law) or in a comparable field Experience: Multiannual experience in service provider management / service management / outsourcing governance (ideally credit institution) Regulatory competence: practical knowledge for regulated institutions (e.g. financial services) or requirements for outsourcing at best from the DORA Regulation, MaRisk AT 9 or BAIT Method competence: routine working with key figures, SLA logics, escalation paths and stakeholders management Market experience: Ideally, you already have experience in working with service providers such as Atruvia, DZ Bank and/or dwpbank Working methods: Structured, document-intensive working methods (e.g. decision and action logs), high level of readiness and ownership mentality
