ORGANISATION WITH APPROVAL As a disponent*in (m/w/d) in the field of tank protection, you take over the central coordination of our operations – from scheduling to refurbishment. They ensure a smooth process between customers, technology and technicians and contribute significantly to the quality and efficiency of our services Own-responsible operational planning and disposition of our technicians in the field of tank protection Organisation and management of daily work orders taking into account dates, capacities and urgency Communication with customers to coordinate deployment times, requirements and special requests Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements (e.g. environmental, safety and occupational safety regulations) Planning and coordination of materials, tools and vehicles for use Support in offering creation and recalculation Documentation and tracking of completed operations Close cooperation with sales, business manager and warehouse logistics Maintenance and optimization of planning processes and digital MRP systems

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in disposition or deployment planning Basic technical understanding, ideally in the field of tank protection, plant construction or technical service Embossed organizational strength and a good sense of logistical processes High communication capability, team spirit and customer orientation Efficiency and determination in time-critical situations Safe handling of computer systems and common MS Office applications A sense of responsibility and an independent, structured way of working
