Take responsibility for the technical assistance of topics in the field of operational property controlling Takeover of the reporting responsibility for the real estate management area, including evaluations and analyses in terms of void status, tenant turnover, follow-up/new rental, renting as well as the creation of cover fee accounts Determination and analysis of uniformly defined key figures and derivation of corresponding recommendations for action Processing and maintenance of reports for real estate trade including Participation in the Group-wide planning process (vote, consolidation and preparation of planning data and assumptions) Delivery of corresponding data and analyses for the annual/quarterly financial statements Development, development and maintenance of meaningful reporting dashboards with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in cooperation with the Business Intelligence Team Participation in cross-departmental project activities

Successfully completed studies in economics (BWL / VWL) or commercial training with additional qualification Extensive experience with ERP systems, especially in SAP S/4HANA (modules FI, CO) as well as very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with business intelligence systems and real estate knowledge is beneficial Ability to model and develop complex situations Team-oriented operation with high levels of loadability, reliability and very good communication skills Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic orientation and the ability to control change processes
