Transaction Manager (m/f/d)

As Project Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire transaction process from the initial identification of possible objects or Properties up to the non-arial purchase contract conclusion, thus the entire control of the due diligence and purchase contract process in the case of sales and sales. The transaction includes both the acquisition of attractive commercial properties in the logistics, warehouses, business parks and corporate real estate segment, as well as undeveloped properties (green and brownfields), as well as portfolio-associated sales in the same segment. In order to secure the purchase financing, the team of the Treasury area will support you. You conduct continuous market observations and analyses of sub-markets and comparables to identify and verify potential purchases (first assessment). You create responsible purchase business plans as well as decision templates and object presentations for the management board in English and German and support the central shareholder reporting. After successful acquisition, the implementation of the company portfolio in cooperation with the Team Asset Management and the Team Development will be significantly supported by you.

You have a degree in engineering or economics, ideally with an additional property qualification, e.g. the IREBS, ebs, Ebz or equivalent (e.g. real estate economics (m/w/d). You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, in particular in the “Company/Production/Logistics” segment, and can demonstrate this with a corresponding track record. Practical experience in transaction, valuation, investment bill, financing, due diligence, cash flow modelling can also be demonstrated. You have a provenly excellent network of brokers, owners, banks and other market participants in NRW, which will continuously expand and maintain you. We also require good English language skills in word and writing.
