Shift Supervisor Logistics (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of employees, are their contact person and responsible for the proper and smooth handling of the processes (loading, picking, sorting and material flow). Compliance with and enforcement of HACCP, IFS, occupational safety and hygiene guidelines, energy regulations as well as optimization of logistics-internal processes is an important concern to you. In cooperation with the warehouse management, you work on projects and work with interface departments. You support the RHB warehouse (RHB warehouse) in the organization of the goods receipt, as well as the provision and inventory. In addition, you always keep an eye on key figures and maintain reporting.

You have completed vocational training for the specialist in warehouse logistics (m/w/d) or for the logistics master (m/w/d) or comparable. In addition, you have been able to gain several years of professional experience in warehouse management and logistics, ideally with first leadership experience. Structured, efficient production processes and a quality awareness within the meaning of the HACCP concept are lived by you. You possess good IT skills (MS-Office, SAP) and bring team skills, organizational ability and technical understanding. Personally, you are convinced by entrepreneurial thinking, a sense of decision and a careful, independent and structured way of working. Good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as the work in a 3-layer system do not pose a problem for you.
