You have several years of professional experience in risk management, internal control systems (IKS) and financial control, ideally in an international and/or medium-sized company You think in processes, bring advanced knowledge in process management with you and like to go into the design of process landscapes Your excellent communication skills help you successfully implement cross-disciplinary projects In addition to knowledge of German, you bring very good knowledge of English What you ideally add A pronounced analytical and structured way of thinking and working as well as a hand-on mentality characterize you Entrepreneurship, proactive approach and a clear attitude to your area You feel comfortable in a flexible environment and enjoy your friendly appearance Experience in managing projects Experience in handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You have a completed study or comparable training and you are dealing with business aspects

You take over the independent control, monitoring and continuous improvement of the group-wide, quarterly risk management and reporting process You coordinate local risk managers in segments, operating units and headquarters functions You are responsible for the continuous review of new regulatory requirements for risk management You pass on your knowledge by taking the conception and execution of training on risk management methods, processes and tools. You are the first contact person:in the departments to optimize and develop the internal control system as well as the processes behind it, taking into account regulatory requirements, in order to minimize risks In your function, you develop a pragmatic approach to implementing an IKS-Self-Assesment for the segment, whose implementation you closely accompany and identify potentials for improvement. You are responsible for the analysis of balance sheets in the monthly financial statements for national and international companies You take responsibility for balancing and cash flow planning in the budget and forecast process You regularly create cash forecasts for the group and guide action recommendations We at ParshipMeet Group support millions of people around the world to meet, date and fall in love.
