Number: MER0003YJV The Factory 56 at the Sindelfingen plant embodies the future of production at Mercedes-Benz and sets new standards for automotive engineering. At Factory 56, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Limousine and Langversion as well as the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class and the EQS, the first fully-electric member of the new S-Class family, are produced in full flexibility on the same line. These challenges include: As an intern*in, you support the department management in day-to-day business as well as selected short and medium-term projects: Board management, including preparatory and follow-up of bodies

Preparation of presentations, analyses and decision templates

Data analyses and trend derivations in the context of fault deposition processes

Participation in cross-functional project work for the integration of new series/models in the Factory 56

Preparation of current topics, derivation of measures to achieve the goal of the area & implementation of success controls

Close exchange with executives and business engineers inside and outside the Factory 56

The activity can begin from March 2026.

course of study in the field of technically oriented studies (FH, TU, DH), e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering, business administration or a comparable course of study Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of MS Office (in particular PowerPoint, Excel)

Commitment and team skills, self-responsibility, self-initiative, fast conception and resilience, target and result orientation

Analytical thinking and strategic working
