Your Responsibilities During your internship, you will support the People Business Partner team in Heidenheim in their day-to-day and assist with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. So you want to be involved in conceptual people & culture topics and projects. In addition, you will contribute creative ideas for the content design and development of People & Culture events. Supporting the organization and content implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership competencies thus wants to be part of your responsibilities. You will independently take on organizational and coordination tasks and prepare PowerPoint presentations as well as Excel analyses. Your responsibilities will include creating statistics and conducting related data analyses.

Your Profile You are currently in a business, technical, or social sciences degree program, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, and are looking for a mandatory internship. Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—ideally with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel—complete your profile. You have a quick grasp of new concepts and are characterized by your ability to develop practical and implementable solutions. A trustworthy, self-reliant, structured, and reliable way of working distinguishes you.
