Your tasks: Legal advice of business units in all economic matters, including contract law and company law in an international environment Legal support of digital and technological issues, in particular in the context of IT-related issues, data-driven business models and regulatory requirements Support and legal support of bodies, including preparation of resolution templates and protocols Analysis of legal risks and development of practical, economically meaningful solutions Participation in the development of internal processes, guidelines and training What makes you Full legal expert:in two State Examina or a comparable legal qualification First relevant professional experience (e.g. from law firm, company or referendariat with an economic focus) Solid knowledge of economic law and strong interest in IT, digital and data protection issues Openness for new technologies, in particular AI applications and Legal Tech, and the willingness to actively integrate them into legal work Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Safe appearance, very good communication and consulting skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Other languages are a plus Interested?
