Planning, control and monitoring of production employee management, employee planning, employee organisation, training of employees Creation of documents (work regulations, validations, deviation reports, amendments) in a GMP-regulated environment Presentation of the department in audits and inspections Develop and implement measures to increase production and work safety and cost efficiency Optimization of the processes and support of projects for the further development of the department Strategic planning Monitoring of hygiene, occupational safety and GMP-compliant production Coordination of production with other departments

Completed university education, in the scientific or technical field Knowledge of regulatory requirements and the current state of science Knowledge, in the fields of production and GMP High level of quality and responsibility entrepreneurial thinking Reliability, communication capability and loadability Good knowledge of software applications (especially office package, ideally ERP system such as Navision) Good English knowledge of word and writing
