Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees in the field
• Date and quality-oriented production according to the order and delivery planning in cross-departmental cooperation
• Introduction and teaching of new employees
• Responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of personnel use in production, as well as ensuring and continuously optimizing work performance, productivity and quality standards
• Compliance with statutory provisions and management guidelines in the fields of health, safety, fire protection and environmental protection

Your qualifications:

How to convince us

• Completed master training in a metalworking profession or comparable qualification, desirable with further training to the welding specialist or welding master
• Multiannual line of production groups (>30 employees) as well as experience in the welding technology production of components from thick sheets (>10 mm) and assemblies up to 20 t in the steel, body, boiler or pressure vessel construction sector
• Knowledge of the welding processing of fine-grain steels of advantage
• Reading and understanding of complex drawings, piece lists, welding schedules and standards
• Knowledge of relevant production processes such as welding and thermal separation, SAP/R3 and Microsoft Office, Creoview
• Safe handling of German language in word and writing, English basic knowledge of advantage
